QuanShun Webbing New Factory Construction Progress Update

At QuanShun Webbing Co., Ltd., we have spent more than a decade manufacturing high-strength webbing, rope, and braided materials for outdoor furniture brands around the world. Today, we are excited to share an on-site update from the construction of our brand-new factory in Pinghu, Zhejiang — a project that will significantly expand our production capacity for 2026 and beyond.

Why We Are Expanding

Demand for our waterproof, UV-resistant, and high-tenacity webbing has grown steadily year after year. To keep pace with orders from outdoor furniture OEMs and home décor buyers, we broke ground on a new production facility designed around three priorities:

  • Larger weaving floors for wider webbing and braided rope rolls
  • An in-house testing lab for tensile strength, color fastness, and outdoor weathering
  • Energy-efficient production lines that lower the carbon footprint of every meter we ship

Foundation Work — September 2026

Construction officially kicked off in mid-September. The first weeks were spent on earthworks, rebar tying, and pouring the reinforced concrete foundations that will support the new main production hall.

The image below was captured on September 21, 2026 by our on-site project team. You can see the freshly poured foundation pads, the start of the column cages, and the first layers of scaffolding already in place.

Structural Framework Rises — October 2026

By early October, the project moved into the structural phase. Steel scaffolding, column reinforcement, and the first load-bearing frames began to take shape across the site.

The two photos below were taken on October 10, 2026. They show crews working on the vertical scaffolding system and tying the rebar that will form the main support columns of the production hall.
